Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Covington

Our stay was awesome, the view was amazing, the rooms were very clean and up to date with a very modern day feel. The beds were a lot more comfortable than expected. The grab and go breakfast was a great perk. The staff met all of our needs and requests and the check in process was super easy. They even gave us a better rate because I made the reservation through a third party. So I def recommend this hotel and booking directly through them!

The receptionist was rude to everyone in our party (we booked 8 rooms) We asked for connecting rooms, though not a single room was near the other. They double booked on of our rooms, allowing a stranger to enter into our rooms while we were out at dinner. One of rooms they canceled and then gave us another room and it too, was an already occupied room. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 7 am. No one was there, they did not offer breakfast and was extremely rude when asked for coffee. I do not recommend.

I recently stayed at this Courtyard by Marriott location in Covington, and while it has some positives, there were definitely a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The hotel is in a good location near downtown Cincinnati and has wonderful views of the Ohio River, and easy access to restaurants. However, the property itself feels a bit dated in places, and some rooms show signs of major wear. I would also mention the noise from nearby train tracks, which can detract from the overall experience. The on-site dining and amenities are decent but not exceptional compared with other Marriott Courtyards that I’ve stayed at. Overall, this hotel is a solid mid-range choice if you want a convenient base for exploring the area but it could benefit from some updates and improved consistency in service an

This hotel has been remodeled and is close to Paycor Stadium. There are plenty of food choices within walking distance. There is a parking garage and shuttle that can take you around for only $2. BEWARE! This location is right under a train track. We heard the train several times during the night. Other than that, the staff, room, and everything else was great.

I reserved a room via Priceline and when I attempted to check in I was told by the front desk agent that there was a network issue and she wasn’t able to log in but that the issue would be fixed quickly. I left and charged my truck then returned an hour later. I was the en informed that I needed to find other accommodations at 12:47am. The front desk agent broke down demanding that I give her a minute. I understand this is stressful, no one was being rude that I observed. We were all just trying to get a place to sleep we had already paid for. She was rude and unhelpful. Just a bad experience overall.
