Radisson Hotel Bismarck

This hotel has a great location with an attached parking garage with free parking in the garage. It is directly across the street from Sanford hospital and right up the street from target, the mall, and the Bismarck event center. The front desk lady was pleasant and kind and check in was quick. The rooms however are very basic and not very updated. The cleaning crew doesn’t do a good job because the garbage bags were just tossed over the cans, there were dried boogers in the sink, hair still in the bathtub, crumbs on the floor and little pieces of trash, finger or toenail clippings (I wasn’t going to pick it up and inspect it to decide which one it was). Overall, this place isn’t super clean but for the price it’s alright.

The hotel staff were so accommodating. The previous hotel we were at was dirty. We left and the Radisson staff helped us get a new room. Jeff was super friendly and helpful during a stressful time. Stephanie in the Off Broadway Lounge made amazing drinks and was also very friendly. I saw her make drinks for other people who didn’t know what they wanted, and she was able to come up with something they liked. Very attentive. Highly recommend.

I love the location. The room was nice, if small. But size doesn't matter much when I spent most of my time away. I liked the Terrace for Breakfast. Nice staff there and good breakfast food. I wish I'd known about the Sunday breakfast buffet! The supper in the bar was not great. Not good food, and not the greatest service. I only ate there one day as a result. The parking situation needs to be better communicated. I spent an awkward time figuring out why my parking ticket didn't work. When I asked later, I found out that I wasn't supposed to pay, so that's why I was charged a full 24 hours. During weekends, shouldn't I be able to get through for free? The staff here make this hotel! Diamond and Riley at front desk, Logan, Jeffrey, and Marv on shuttle are so happy to assist with transportation and any other information or help needed. Great location to Sanford Medical center- I walk to work!

The location is great for Sanford employees, but the staff are what make the stay. Diamond and Riley are exceptional at front desk always pleasant and helpful. Logan, Jeffrey, and Marv make the shuttle so valuable with great service and always willing to help. I gave a 4 because the rooms are older and need updating. Clean with great service.
