Radio Hotel

Don’t let the 3 stars fool you! Had a great stay at Radio Hotel! The vibe was clean, modern, and super welcoming from the moment I walked in. Big shoutout to Ari & Ceasar for the outstanding hospitality — professional, friendly, and truly attentive. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable. After a great night out they had fresh coffee in the cafe, immediately after walking outside I spilled the same coffee and they gladly poured me a new cup, this kind of friendliness is rare to find the big apple! Definitely a 10/10 stay. I’ll be back! ⭐️:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of nice snacks for purchase in the lobby at reasonable prices. Just a couple of complaints: We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the water temperature and pressure in the shower, and the curtain didn’t stop the water from flowing onto the rest of the bathroom floor. This was in a handicapped room. We had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant and it was probably the worst breakfast we ever had. It’s hard to ruin white toast but they managed to do so and it was barely edible. The waitress however was very nice!

Very friendly staff. Absolutely Beautiful Hotel, and Definitely more than I expected! You MUST STAY! Although it wasn’t accessible because when I weighed it was dead of the winter, but there is outdoor dining, there is also indoor dining/ bar like a complete fancy restaurant. There are also other entertainment areas which do require a small fee for enjoyment all night, actually till the next morning! Rooms are spacious and beautiful outside view. I definitely highly recommend anyone to book at Radio Hotel. iBook at many hotels and this is one of my favorite hotels to book at I will definitely be booking again.! Thank you Radio Hotel !

Positive: The rooms are so comfy and the colors so pretty. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful especially who made a great lavendar matcha and was so accomodating when I had to re-do my order. She delivered service with a smile. Negative: ""

The hotel is not bad, but it is not that great either.overall stay was okay, but there are a few issues that should really be improved. The main problem is the bathroom design. If you are traveling with friends, I would honestly not recommend it because you can literally see each other while showering. The glass layout provides almost no privacy, which can be uncomfortable when sharing a room. Another issue is the bathroom sliding door. It doesn’t close properly at all. I initially thought it was broken, but after staying at the hotel twice, I realized that this is simply how it is designed. The slider never fully closes, so the bathroom is basically always slightly open. Overall the hotel is manageable for a short stay, but they should definitely improve the bathroom privacy and fix th
