when we checked in, we recieved no reciept, the room had no heat, no hot water, the owners were very rude and refused to listen to our complaints, the entire room was DIRTY, bathroom looked as though it had never been cleaned, the comforter on the bed had a very repulsive odor, there were holes and stains on the sheets, mold in the shower, we didnt want to stay but was refused a refund. This place is horrible and i wouldn't recomend anyone ever spend their money there. As a matter of fact, i feel that place should be considered uninhabitable and shut down by the health department! on top of all of that, we were charged $60!!!! I feel sorry for anyone that stays 4 minutes in that motel.... And one more thing, I didn't understand why theres a stack of Bibles sitting on the floor in the offic

Nice place its just really drug infested. If you are looking for a prostitute and drugs this is the hotel to be at. The rooms are nice a little out dated but very spacious nice set up. Their always clean and neat. The parking lot is always clean and easy to get a parking spot. Decent priced rooms.

its pretty fat on the east side of Colfax, but the company is great over here,, good fun and great neighbors.

If drugs and roaches and bed bugs are your thing, this is the best place for you. People knock on your door all night asking for a lighter. When you ask for an air conditioner that works they give you a box fan. Homeless people push their shopping through the parking lot and camp out.
