Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Room ( Guesthouse)

Considering the great price, I found this place to be ideal. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Thank you to the Guesthouse owner for providing clear instructions and making my stay very enjoyable and hassle free. I will recommend it to others.

You can provide “a kitchen”all you want, but there were no dishwasher tabs. Kitchen had no cooking oil, salt or pepper. Floors are extremely cold. The rooms are sterile, with mismatched furniture, such as a desk that cannot be used with the chair provided. Outlets hidden behind furnitureThere’s no sound isolation or warmth insulation

Honestly, the rooms are just okay. I initially accepted the shared bathroom setup, but I quickly realized how bad that decision was, it’s not comfortable at all. I was constantly disturbed. Being in Room 2, I was unfortunately located right by the main door and near to the shared bath, so I heard everything. Guests were always walking and talking through the common area. To top it off, they kept a bright hallway light on all night, and since there were only flimsy blinds and no curtains, my room was flooded with light. I got zero sleep and absolutely cannot recommend this place.

We had a decent stay at the house. The room is pretty small but it is clean. The common area are nice with dinner table and chairs, but only have 1 living room chair. Kitchen is nice and clean, unfortunately, there were some issues with ants in the kitchen. The major issue with the house is the noise.. as the wall are very thin which when any other guest walking in the common area or talking in their rooms, you pretty much can hear everything. The common area lights are motion sensitive and unfortunately the door gap in our room are bigger than normal, as anyone walks in the hallway, our door frames would lights up at night and wake me up at night. We didn't get too good of a sleep/rest for this reason.

This place is AMAZING. I came here for 4-5 nights right before booking my apartment and was amazed with the homey feel! Great if you want a place that feels lived in and loved!
