Quality Suites Lubbock Southwest

I’m going to be very honest with you this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in. Crystal the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and very professional. I was able to get checked in and I just was wow when I entered in the room. I am a frequent traveler, so I pay attention to a lot of things and little details and this hotel definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend the in-between traveler to come here first before going anywhere else. Not to mention, please recognize Crystal for her commitment to customer service employees like this are very hard to find these days.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous and professional. Convenient location. Great price! And the coffee was good, HOT and available all day/night. We will stay here again.

It was affordable. When we got to our room we had to tell the desk that we needed towels, the floor mopped and the pee wiped off of the toilet seat. We also told them to wipe poop off of the wall beside the toilet. That didn't happen. They needed to clean behind the nightstand. There was a broken clock and a whole container of fries as well as weeks worth of other stuff behing it. I found that while I was looking for a charging cord that had fallen behind it. There was also a couch that had food and paper between it and the wall, and someone had placed candy on top of the light in the bathroom. The fridge hadn't been cleaned out either. There was milk in it from a previous guest. As a plus, the sheets on thr bed were clean and didn't have bed bugs. But if they don't clean the food waste up

The hotel is rather old and dated. The rooms were clean enough, but it is rather unsettling to go to breakfast to look up and see a molded ceiling. The front desk clerks were all very nice and friendly.

Hotels is older and doesn't have an elevator, but very clean. Beds are comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. We had a suite which was HUGE!
