Quality Suites Graham - Burlington South

Front desk was professional, quick and easy to book and check-in. The room was like clean, bathroom was really clean and they even had a bag for my laundry and the closet offered a working iron and fill size ironing table. The bed so like a 5 star hotel. Loved my stay.

At first glance, this hotel appears to be a fairly nice place. The rooms were clean, but a few things are in need of repair, like the carpets and the faucets in the bathroom which leaked. We left the hotel in the evening to go to a gas station for some milk, and honestly I felt unsafe in that general neighborhood. I was also a bit surprised that a $50 deposit was required in addition to what we paid for the room. That led me to believe that maybe it's not the most upscale place to stay!

Positive: The mattress was excellent. The breakfast was more than adequate. Heating system was quite quiet. Negative: The desk chair was on its last leg. The sofa side arm rest was totally worn out and should go to the landfill. Oddly enough, the cable TV channels did not include CBS.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. The outside (in the front) and lobby looks nice but anything past there is just yuck 🤢 the 3rd floor hall smelled like hot dirty diapers literally (not an exaggeration). The curtains were dirty and the sofa was super worn down. The front desk staff were nice but yeah I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with high expectations of cleanliness and especially for the price they charge.

Great hotel. My sister had recently passed away and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I plan on staying here again. Rooms are laid out well and very spacious.
