Affordable Suites Graham is a wonderful, budget friendly option for lodging. The rooms are absolutely neat and spotlessly clean. The decor may not absolutely modern but is well maintained and is thoroughly clean. Well organized and well-appointed for family stays. The manager, Lynn is friendly, helpful and a joy to speak with. Highly recommended!

Not a bad location to stay. Relatively quiet there depending on your neighbors. If you're looking for a hotel this is not it. You're basically getting a one room flat. So you will have to bring ice or whatever else you need. There is a full kitchen and refrigerator. I would suggest calling before you arrive to make sure someone's there to check in.

My husband and my self settled outside the norm for us. We came from Georgia to attend a motorcycle anniversary for our son. Management was very accommodating as we did not arrive at the property until 12 am. The process was easy to reserve the room. The rooms were very clean and the area was quiet. I had a preconceived idea that would be in an industrial park with drug dealers and prostitution. We were pleasantly pleased when we arrived. We’ve never been to the Greensboro or Graham area before. Our son and his family said they wish they would chose the same accommodations. Loved our stay. Thank you Ms. Lynn for being so accommodating and so sweet.

We stayed here during a visit from Florida to see our daughter 8/29-9/2. The manager was extremely nice and very welcoming. The room was spotless including the bedding. The room was a little dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The ability to make meals and have space for our daughter to visit when we didn’t feel like going out or bothering her roommates was a huge plus. We will definitely be back! So many hotels are overpriced we appreciate having a clean affordable option so close to our daughter!

Peace and Quite couldn’t asked for better The room was outstanding clean and smell with freshness. Cooking was my main things: The Refrigerator, Stove and microwave was was like new. The girls absolutely clean sheets, bathroom, every week. Traveling form NYC to Florida twice a year this will definitely be my only one stop on the way. Manager Lynn she goes out her way to make you feel like you are at home. She is a very nice and have a good heart
