The monthly rate is the only way it makes any sense to stay here. You will be very disappointed in the restrooms and showers, there isn't any swimming or really anything for that matter. It's quiet, and everyone just kept to themselves. A spot, 50 amp hookup, water, and sewer is what we needed, and that was what we got. There isn't wi-fi, so if you don't have good service, you're hit. Not worth the daily rate at all.
Full hook ups, friendly people. Management couldn’t be friendlier and are very supportive. I’ve stayed since February and will be leaving in May to go to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Problem guest are dealt will quickly. Many campers are living here long term and others stop in for a day or two. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t your place. If you’re for a clean, quite easy going site to stay, this is it!
Campground, love it. Well kept and clean. Been coming here since the 80's.
There's not much at the campground anymore to do. The park itself is quiet and the grounds are pretty clean. There's a dog park that's accessible but there's nothing else as far as for kids. There used to be a bunch of stuff...a restaraunt, slides, and a store BUT now it's all SHUT DOWN. There's water but you CAN NOT GET IN it. Good fishing I hear. The bathhouses are nasty and look like they haven't been cleaned, updated, or even regular maintenance in many many years. There's no air in the bathhouse or heat so that sucked. People around all seem really nice and there are some really pretty RV setups around and some old ones too...there's also plenty of shade around however there are some spots that are directly in the sun and I'm sure very hot. There's no WiFi but you can get spectrum. C
There are only 2 positive things to say about this place, and neither one would make it a worthwhile visit. The owner is as nice as pie and aims to please, and the grounds around the lake are well manicured. But it begins and ends there. ||||The bathrooms are disgusting. My son refused to use the men's room to shower and the women's room was barely passable. I won't get into detail, but suffice to say the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in some time (and I mean weeks, not days).||||This campground is largely a seasonal one where folks live there. When I asked to see another site since I wasn't excited about the one near the bathrooms, I was escorted to the seasonal section and that was just plain scary. One guy had a whole workshop set up outside - he was probably a permanent resident. ||||W
