Quality Inn York

The receptionist, Jane, was warm and friendly. She made you feel comfortable after a long drive. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Hot breakfast was good and filling. We would stay here again.

Old, smells old and can only be cleaned so much. Ready for a remodel... but comfortable for a quick stop on our way elsewhere. Very convenient location. Pump & Pantry, Starbucks, Walmart and fast food in walking distance. Great for a stop off I-80 for a night and back on the right back on the road.

This place had the best customer service we have seen in a very long time! Brian was super nice and helpful as we checked in at 1:30am. He made sure we had everything we needed after a long day of driving. Kim, in the morning was even sweeter! She saved coffee for my daughter after breakfast hours, twice. She didn’t have to do that, but we were very grateful. Great stay! Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Very pleasant gal at check in and was last minute. Gave me a clean room with King size bed and it was a very relaxing stay. Quiet and comfortable! Enjoyed very much. Guy at checkout was equally as nice and accommodating.

November 24, 2025 Customer service was extremely poor and the lady at the desk was RUDE!!! Will NEVER stay at this place again!!!! Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to provide classes for "Karen" so she understands WE provide her with a paycheck!! Needs to learn respect and common courtesy!!! Trust..I will inform everyone of the " Karen" working for you, on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat....EVERY WHERE!!!! I understand the pressure of the job!! I'm an assistant manager at a major hotel chain and this kind of occurrence wouldn't be tolerated!!! Considering how close you are to I-80 you would think you'd have better Front end employees 😉 you might have a better numbers at the end of the year!! Just a thought from someone in the hospitality business for YEARS!!!
