Quality Inn

There were visible rat traps. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. The air unit in the room was completely turned off so it was unbelievably hot in the room and took half the night to cool down. It was not disclosed that there was no an elevator or I wouldn’t have picked a room on the second floor.

Positive: "" Negative: We didn’t see an elevator. I didn’t like the fact that they had bug traps in the hallway. I mean, they tried to clean up the hotel with a little bit of a remodel, but again I was desperate for a place to stay.

I Stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to New Haven, CT and it is a newer hotel. This hotel used to be a Super 8 Motel-they renovated and now it’s a Quality Inn. The hotel is very noisy. You cannot get any rest here. They do not have Microwaves in the room, very inconvenient to have to leave the room when you want to heat something up. The rooms on the 2nd Fl are better, more space, less noise. The front desk lady (in the morning) is very hostile. The evening lady is very nice.The heat in the room does not work, blows cold air on top of it being cold outside, not cool. Finally breakfast is not real breakfast, no meat, no juice, they run out of pancake mix after about three people using it. It's very sad, it could have potential but they do not seem to care about their customers, from

I stayed there to work through a snow blizzard and couldn't get any sleep because this place is so noisy plus people smoking pot was getting into my room so I left after 4 hrs of check in ! They tried to renovate this place but it's not very welcoming and didn't care for the room either. Not pleasant. DODNT BOTHER RESPONDING , NO APOLOGIES ARE ACCEPTED, YOU KNOW THIS PLACE IS A PARTY MOTEL

The place is freshly remodeled and fairly priced. The front desk definitely needs some customer service skills as they come off as rude and seems as though they couldn't be bothered mostly by people they judge as lower income/class!¡ I hope this was helpful
