Would give zero stars if able. This is the worst motel we've ever stayed in. We were shocked they are still in business. Our original room was tucked away in a seemingly forgotten hallway only accessed by going outside first. The room did not have sheets or working air conditioning unit, and there was a layer of dust over every surface. Clearly the cleaning staff forgot that this room exists. We were able to get a different room but it was only marginally better. There were sheets and the surfaces were dust free, but the room was dingy and unkept so everything felt dirty still. We did not have towels at all in the bathroom and never got them despite asking the desk for them twice. Positive: Nothing I like about going to that place for the first in my life especially with my daughter! Negative: It was dirty just everything abs everywhere, pillow cases had bud wings on it, the sheets had cigarette holes in them. Toilet needed to be clean and had roaches. The micro was not working and dirty .

Excellent stop for convenience to I95 or I91 travel, at good price. Clean, clean linens, ample hot water, fine bed, easy to come and go. Would recommend to anyone who needed that - also had a really low bar/didn’t mind missing, broken, old or lacking “nicer touches”.

I’ve never seen a hotel that filthy in my whole life. The curtains were very dirty and filled with holes, the bed sheets and pillow cases clearly weren’t washed, had hair all over them and smelled. Bed bugs all over the bed. Sticky floors. The bathroom door hinge was broken and the door was gonna fall on me. There was a spit in the toilet that was stuck and wasn’t flushed, also hair all over the towels and the tub. No hangers. The room smelled like cigarettes with another strong smell to cover it. Holes in the wall covered by toilet papers!!!. It takes me a lot to put an effort to write a bad review, but this place absolutely deserves it. I’ll never ever come back, shame on the business owner

UNSANITARY The only good things about this place is that it’s very inexpensive, close to downtown New Haven, close to a lot of restaurants and they have good customer service. However, this place is completely disgusting. My bedsheets were very damp and it had hair of somebody else. Also, in the shower, there were hair from other people. The hallways are completely disgusting. I do understand that many buildings may not have outlets in the hallway to prevent people from charging their phones or stealing electricity., But they need to get battery powered vacuums to clean the hallways or even leaf blowers because the amount of trash that needs to be vacuumed up. Many of the doors have chipped paint, and my room had a bunch of greasy stains all over it. I felt very unsafe there like I ha
