Quality Inn - Superior / Duluth

David was the most accommodating person I’ve experienced in the few times I’ve utilized this locations day pass amenities! $8 and absolutely worth it for the pool, spa hot tub, and sauna! I’m glad I could celebrate my 7 years of being colitis and cancer free with a relaxing evening! Thanks David for making sure I could relax after a busy day! Give him a raise for his quality service!

I had a generally good stay at the Quality Inn Superior/Duluth, but there was one aspect that kept it from being a perfect five-star experience. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location for visiting both Superior and Duluth, and the room itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt the pricing was very fair for the quality of the accommodations and the convenience of the area. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast service during my visit. Breakfast is scheduled from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, but when I arrived at 9:10 AM, most of the hot food, including the sausages and eggs, was completely gone. I waited until 9:45 AM hoping the staff would replenish the trays, but there was no effort to refill the items or check on the

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel December 2025 and this great experience started when we walked in the door and was greeted by Wendy. She was sooo kind and helpful and had a smile on her face. The hotel was super cute and clean. We booked the jacuzzi suite and it was really nice. The room was clean. Im always nervous about jacuzzis and them not being cleaned properly but the tub was very clean. Breakfast was good (the usual bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, eggs, sausages, waffles) and two staff were constantly re-stocking so that nothing was low. The pool was nice, hot tub and sauna were a good temperature. Check out staff was also very friendly. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very enjoyable stay here starting with pleasant and professional check in with Jessica. She reflects well the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you also, Jessica, for the early check in. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was a whole lot of fun. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. The Northwoods interior was a nice touch. They do offer Heggies pizza and it was delicious! The bed was very comfortable and we slept comfortably. The pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing. Breakfast had the normal options. Would definitely stay here again!
