Best Western Bridgeview Hotel

Awesome experience. Most of the rooms surround the pool. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Even the locals at other establishments were comfortably friendly. Our vacation was so perfect that I actually proposed to my partner after dating for about 8 years. Perfect location to do anything in the Duluth area while getting the evident grand hospitality of Superior! Awesome breakfast options with a variety of food.

Great breakfast and staff during breakfast. That's the only positive feedback we have. Hard beds, flat pillows, noisy heating unit when not running and dirty vent right above shower head. Would not recommend if looking for a good night sleep. We have spent quite a few stays at Best Western and have had great experiences this one is definitely needing some TLC.

The location of the Best Western was perfect for going to Duluth. We could get to all The locations we visited within 5 to 10 minutes. Christina at the front desk was very hospitable and kind. She took the time to remember our names and welcome us each time we walked into the hotel. She was very informative with information of upcoming local events and made our stay top tier. The pool and hot tub were amazing and it was Convenient that they had a washer and dryer for guest use. We will definitely stay there again if we visit again.

That was nice and breakfast was good. I also appreciate having 24/4 access to coffee and such. The hotel itself is not in the best shape. Our room had holes in the walls and was next to two staff rooms, which created this loud vibrating sound multiple times throughout the night which woke us up. Overall, our experience was alright, but nothing to write home about.

Positive: The front desk is exceptional. She should be Employee of the Year! Negative: I have stayed here three or four times recently on business and family trips. The workout area could use an upgrade.
