Quality Inn & Suites Stillwater

We (a family of 3) chose to stay here for 3 nights over Christmas due to positive reviews highlighting good HOT breakfast. We ended up checking out at around 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM the first morning due to the incredibly poor management and general lack of quality ammenities. The details are as follows: 1. HORRIBLE BEDS - Our king bed wasn't even flat. I did not sleep a wink and my husband only got a few hours. 2. UNCLEAN FACILITIES - Decayed brown turd-like objects were seen in bottom of the hottub near the pool. 3. NO BREAKFAST - the sign (hand-scrawled) said breakfast would be served from 6 AM to 9 AM. Around a quarter past 6 AM we arrvied to find the doors closed and the lights off. 4. Ice machines and room keys barely operational. We then followed the music to find the front desk atte

My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. We were on our motorcycle and wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool & hot tub. Quality inn has a wonderful pool and spa! We really appreciated the staff. They always have a smile. I was able to visit with the owner/manager. He was checking on everything in the breakfast area. He treated us like an old friend that was visiting. They have some of the best coffee I’ve had, not bitter like many places. The property is clean. Our room was quiet- the highway is close by but we never heard it. The lobby is comfortable I think the fireplace will make it cozy in the winter. The patio is lovely with many flowers and plants. I know that I will stay again at the Quality Inn when I’m in the area. It’s a great place to stay.

This hotel should not be on trip.com.It is so very outdated. The landscape is overgrown and there were 3 large, dead trees on the lot. The front desk clerk was not friendly…not a welcome a smile or a thank you.The breakfast buffet was sparse with few options. So many signs of an aging facility. Not worth the $225/night we paid.

Great place close to downtown. Guy at the desk is friendly and cool, rooms are clean and the place has a good vibe in general. Its nice not being far from the twin cities as well. Cool little spot, highly recommend it, great value for your money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn Stillwater. We stayed two nights to celebrate my birthday and take our motorcycle out to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. The location of the Quality Inn is great. Walking distance to restaurants and Lift Bridge Brewery. The property is nice. We enjoyed sitting at the front patio surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The lobby is also a nice place to hangout and wait for a ride or drink a cup of coffee. (FYI their coffee is good- smooth not bitter.) I think the fireplace is lovely and will be a great place in the winter. The main reason we booked the Quality Inn Stillwater is they had a pool and hot tub. And the best price in the area. The room was neat and clean. And quiet! I never heard the traffic on the busy highway. What I
