Hotel Crosby

We came here for my birthday and had a room upgrade no additional charge. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Bathroom was huge. Front desk guy was so helpful and very polite and friendly. Matchstick Restaurant was absolutely delicious. The rooftop hot tub was relaxing and perfect end of our time there. We will be back for sure. This place is beautiful in the winter.

I can not say enough about the people working at this establishment!!! It doesn't matter what department they work in, they ALL go the extra mile covering for & helping each other make your stay beautifully rememberable! One of Stillwaters all time favorites for weddings! Ask for it & they'll go to hell and back to get it! When the wonderful staff is done leaving you in aw, visit the matchstick for exquisite food and beverages.

We stayed for 1 night and booked a standard room. The room was nice, our only complaint was there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room and no closet space, just some hooks on the wall and 2 hangers. The service was great, they had chocolates waiting for us in our room with a happy birthday note. The rooftop hot tub was amazing! Also highly recommend Matchstick, the restaurant in the hotel- 10/10

The rooms are super clean and modern. The lobby and restaurant is great. The location is unbeatable. However, the hotel lacks special touches and accommodations….There are no robes, in the morning they have coffee in the lobby with no food to purchase until 11am, they don’t have black out shades so lights shine into the room. The doors and walls seem very thin because we could hear every word of guests conversion. Every door that closed. While it wasn’t a bad experience we expected more from an expensive hotel.

The hotel lobby, restaurant, and meeting areas are warm and inviting. The fitness room has been converted to a meeting room, there are no desks in the hotel rooms, and - as others have said - no fridges. The rooms have dark roller shades over the windows but no curtains. Light filters through and the rooms are pretty bright. The HVAC system in my room was quite noisy. There is no breakfast available in the hotel. The location is great and the parking in a garage behind the property is free. The staff was friendly and helpful.
