Quality Inn & Suites Spring Lake - Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

Although this stay was better than the last, there still was only 1 towel in a room with 2 occupants. We shouldn't have to go back to the deal and ask for more towels. The last time, we had 1 towel in a room with 4 occupants. If you're instructing housekeeping to only leave one towel, then your front desk should automatically hand enough towels to reflect the occupants at check in rather than having us go back down to get them. Also, the water pressure was very low and the sink was clogged. My husband did tell the front desk. We made do with what we had since we were exhausted from the drive. I will be staying there again because it's convenient, but it would really be nice if minor improvements are done to make our stay pleasurable. I received an email regarding my last review, but some

Score would’ve been much lower as we were in room 105 and the elevator woke us all through the night. The reason the score is so high is because of your amazing staff throughout our stay, they were courteous, kind, very helpful. Miss KiKi who ran the breakfast every morning was absolutely amazing, I’ve been to 5 star properties that could not compare to her service, cleanliness of all areas, she took care of and handled breakfast with the heart of kindness and professionalism. As a business professional myself I’d recommend whatever you pay her you should double because she is irreplaceable.

This place is a complete and total dump. Outside looks decent but rooms are a mess. I would NOT ever recommend anyone ever stay here.

First thing I have to mention is the staff. They were top of the line. All hotel services we needed were taken care of quickly, whether it was check-in, check-out or an issue that we caused with our updated schedule.|The one issue we had was smoke coming into our room from time to time. Don't know if it was from the outside smoking areas coming up, but there was definitely smoke. The suites were very nice with the beds in the front of the rooms and a kitchenette and a table in the back for doing work. There was also a sofa in the back part of the room

The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. The building is dated and located in a somewhat questionable area just outside Fort Bragg. The complimentary breakfast was limited, with few options available. The walls are thin, and I could hear a lot of outside noise as well as conversations from neighboring rooms. That said, I didn’t experience any issues during my one-night stay, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
