Quality Inn & Suites Quakertown-Allentown

The place was very nice to stay at. Just as described on the website. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room, I searched forever for a hotel that offered that option and for a reasonable price. However the jacuzzi was not fully cleaned which was a little off putting.. and there were a few bugs.. but that seems to be common no matter where you go anymore. The staff was very friendly, great breakfast options for it being a free meal, and it was quiet also, so easy to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

The Quality Inn is my favorite hotel in Quakertown. The staff have always been accommodating to me and my friends/family and the rooms are always clean and fresh. The breakfast is great too! Hotel breakfast every morning!

Positive: THE BED! IT WAS SOOOO COMFORTABLE!!! I never slept so good in my life! The bed was amazing. Nice TV, comfortable chair. Liked having a mini fridge, Freezer needed to be cleaned better. Lots of storage. Big bathroom and shower! Nice staff Negative: I wish the bathroom felt cleaner. I wish they kept breakfast stocked better closer to 10.

There was a mouse in my room. It ran across my bed, then I woke up later in the night hearing noise, found a mouse eating my pb m&m's! Cold water knob on jacuzzi still not repaired, wasting water will turn into increased rates for guests. The broken tv has been repaired since our last stay though. Customer service was dry. First time being asked for a credit card to put on file for "incidentals" So, who is paying for the mouse incident?!

Awesome service and great location. Unfortunately the rooms are just outdated and dingy. It appeared to me that the bed had not even been cleaned from the prior guest hair and what appears to be crumbs. Not a fan with the sanitation nor cleanliness of the room. Again, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind, but that really doesn’t matter when it comes to purchasing a room at a hotel.
