Econo Lodge Quakertown

The bathroom smelled worse than being in a port-a-pottie, and made the entire room reek. The floors weren't swept before our arrival, there was dirt, debris, and sticky spots everywhere, making us feel too uncomfortable to walk barefoot, and there was still pee splashed all up under the toilet seat. The only reason for 2 stars is that the bed was clean (thankfully), and the establishment was quiet

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express our extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. We booked this hotel in advance and received a confirmation for our reservation. However, upon check-in, we were informed that the booking had been declined. We never received any email or notification from your hotel advising us that the reservation or payment was declined. As a result, we were required to pay again at check-in, which was unexpected, frustrating, and unacceptable. In addition to the booking issue, the room we were assigned was in very poor condition and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The room was immaculate and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. What really stood out to me was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway!

It gets one star for having quick and plentiful hot water. Otherwise, it was disgusting. The towels haven't been white for a long time, the room was beyond worn...and the bathroom appeared to be covered in black mold. We were both sick by the time we found a new hotel and checked out. Filthy throughout, and I don't even want to know what else was all over the walls! We really think that this place should be inspected by the health dept., and are trying to figure out how to initiate that.

Noise NOISES and more Noise. The refrigerator noise. The drug dealers coming in at 4:00 am the kids loud at breakfast. The door not sealed the crack underneath it too. The shower double cycle no on and off. The TV being switched to Spanish after I went out. But not back to English. Why???? The drug dealers coming check video owe me for the stay. Really hope I never have such a sleepless nightmare again. Awful
