Quality Inn & Suites Niagara Falls

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Quality Inn & Suites. Even with a renovation in progress, the experience was seamless. Unlike many hotels that cut back during construction, this staff worked tirelessly to ensure no services were removed. They kept the full morning breakfast running perfectly and ensured the work never interrupted our holiday. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and well-organized. Our room was spotless—both the beds and the bathroom were in immaculate condition. Highly recommended for their commitment to guest satisfaction!

Hotel was okay if you are on a budget. It’s not on the main strip but about a 10 minute talk to it so not bad. Room wasn’t too bad for budget. Carpet had been replaced for laminate wood floors which is always good. Room was clean although old. Beds hard and shower small. $20 parking per day which sucks. Pool area and hallways were cool but heat in our room worked well. Complementary breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Staff was friendly.

I realize that Winter is a time when they do repairs and fix up the location. However I did not have hot water to shower before my meeting. The bathroom door in our room did not close all the way. I asked for a discount and was given a small amount of my bill. I wish they had been upfront about the hot water issue so I could have chosen a different hotel. Also the mat at the entrance should be twice the size for safety.

I've stayed here a few times over the years and this was by far my best visit. The rooms have always been clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. They have been making huge improvements to the aesthetics and updates of the building and the rooms, which has made the overall feel more inviting. You can tell management is trying to address and remedy all the concerns of previous visitors (based on reviews). The location is right in the heart of the action by Clifton Hill so you have all the attractions close by .. but you wouldn't know it by how quiet the rooms are when you're in them. The free breakfast is not extravagant but more than enough to start your day. Overall it's a great place to stay while you're in Niagara. I want to formally express my disappointment with the experience, as it was not what was advertised at the time of booking. When I arrived at the property, I was told that the main hotel building is closed for renovations. Important amenities that were clearly listed online were not available, including: • Swimming pool - closed • Main breakfast area - closed • Only limited cold breakfast items available to be taken to the room I specifically booked this hotel for my children, who were excited about the pool, and we were very disappointed to learn everything was closed.
