Front office staff, all of them, each shift, were exceptional, helpful, and enjoyable to talk with. Felt like I was chatting with friends and enjoyed each conversation when I came through lobby and spent a bit of time chatting with them. I was there 4 nights. Courtesy breakfast was simple and nicely displayed and perfect for my needs. It was one of the best experiences I've had during my recent travels. Rooms cleans, beds comfortable! Thank you so very much.

Stayed here for few days, the front desk agents were really nice and informative. Service was good, breakfast was/is included and the hotel is really quiet slept good at night. Affordable too

3 days l was by myself with my dog. I felt save and comfortable. The rooms, including bathroom were so clean. Also very quiet at night , which was important since my husband got released from the hospital and spend the last 2 days there with me. The bed was so comfortable, we slept both well. Breakfast was so good, as was the coffee. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will make Quality Inn our go to Hotel. Everyone liked my dog too. He also felt special.

Charles, Romeo, Megan and Paulita did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and with a smile! We were there to prep for a move to Europe so I’d say we were needier than most guests and they didn’t bat an eye. They accommodated our every request and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying with them again upon our return to the states. Thanx guys!

There are so many reasons to like this hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good enough -- waffles, biscuits and gravy, bananas, drinks. The room was clean and efficient. My only complaint was the location -- right by I-5. I didn't notice the noise inside the building, but in the parking lot it was loud. Also, in our room 217, the bathroom faucet sprayed all over. There was an extra sink by the door which was nice for more than one person getting ready and a full length mirror on the bathroom door. For our stay -- 2 nights -- it was a good location. I'd come again.
