Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee near Main Gate

Stayed for 11 nights but only cleaned our room twice. There were some sketchy people hanging outside of the rooms a few of the nights we were there. Laundry only had 1 washing machine working out of three. It was 7.00 to do one load in washer and dryer which I felt it was expensive. No change machine to get quarters for the laundry which would have been helpful. Breakfast was pretty monotonous with the standard brewing waffles, eggs, and sausage with oj. They did have biscuits and gravy one day. Yogurts and fruit and cereal were also available. It was nice to have breakfast every day, but we didn’t eat it every day. If you want a package delivered there, you must pay between 5.00 to 10.00 to receive your package. Not hot tub but a pool that we didn’t use. Centrally located with lots of res

So far so good... I've been on a quest to find a budget of hotel close to the parks that there's pride and ownership and is clean. Yes, It is a little dated compared to newer hotels. But maintenance is top notch. Everything works is functional and looks good. Rooms were clean and extremely spacious. Top floor when they did the remodel they combined two rooms. One for sitting and kitchenette the other for for two double beds and a bath. Hot breakfast was good and includes free parking as well.

Biggest takeaway: you’re not guaranteed continental breakfast, so if that’s a major issue for you, book elsewhere. The beds were comfy! The front desk staff upon check-in were really nice. This hotel does have some caveats, though. We stayed for 2 nights while we went to Universal. The floors are dirty— we had to wear socks or our feet were brown with dirt. The bigger issue is the breakfast. We ended up having to stand in line for 10 minutes. We didn’t even know what the line was for— literally just a line in the front lobby. When we finally got to the front, the lady told us that the breakfast area was full. We explained that we just wanted to grab a few things and go since we were going to have to wait to sit down and we were hungry. She didn’t speak English very well (which is fine, to

Check in was delayed, long line waiting; system went down. I honestly felt bad for the front end check in guy he was doing his best but it was rough. The room was clean but nowhere near pristine. They tell you room service will come the 3rd night of your stay, but guess what, they never showed and had NOTHING at the front desk; no clean towels, etc. I called down and they said maintenance will try and send some up. I guess you get what you pay for, but I most certainly would NOT recommend staying here. There was a slight opening of the door so light would shine through. Water pressure in the shower is low. Room was clean and a bit dated but I didn’t come to Florida to hang out in my room. Free parking and always had a spot in front of my room. Free breakfast was good especially the waffles. Scrambled eggs were meh. They also had sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal and yogurt. Didn’t find staff to be super pleasant but they weren’t nasty either. I was only minutes from Disney which was a plus since I was meeting folks. Lots of choices to eat nearby. I will stay here again if I come to Disney again.
