Quality Inn & Suites Kerrville

Our stay was not as pleasant as I had remembered. Grounds need lots of TLC, landscaping and touching up. The hotel has a musty odor, carpets and rooms don't smell clean. Our mattresses were covered in plastic, made for a very noisy night. The fan in the bathroom is super loud and AC unit was extremely noisy and musty as well. This has always been our go to place but we might need to rethink our choice for the next visit.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure and temp was amazing, they had an onsite laundry room and they offered free breakfast. Negative: There is no elevator

The front desk staff was amazing! We travel a lot and you don't always get such friendly and helpful hotel staff. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities - fridge, microwave, etc

The staff are amazing! Very friendly and always ready to accommodate our needs. Teran (i don't know the exact spelling) is such a wonderful person and we look forward to seeing him there every time we visit.

Room was clean but on the second floor with NO elevator. Air conditioning in room worked poorly. Hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Update website stating no elevator.
