Hampton Inn Kerrville

Great customer service but they have a washing machine that accepts coins only. The quarters are not available with card, or able to be attached to room deposit.... cash only. There is also not a vendering machine for detergent on the floor with washer. Have to go to the front desk. This hotel is not cheap and its 2026....

We had to bail on the Holland after a miserable night of no sleep there. Jeremy at checked in, recognized my Hilton Gold and provided all the amenities a good loyalty should. Room upgrade, water, and a quiet place. Very clean. Bfast was on point. I was able to get my sleep quality back on track. Nothing but positives about this Hampton Inn!

Arrive late Tuesday night and the front desk clerk was amazing. Been traveling all day and she got me a room asap and even put notes that I would be checking out late because I arrived at 2am. She got me some extra towels for my wife. Man I wish I could remember her name Nikki or Nikita. She really went out of her way to help us and accommodate our stay. Would definitely stay here again

It’s got the job done on a long road trip across the county. Front desk lady was very nice. These rooms are worn out and dirty. A bit high priced for the room. Not a great value.

Easy to get to. Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Building and parking lot were well lit. A stones throw from I-10 and located next to a variety of places to get something to eat.
