Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

This is the worst place I ever stayed at. My wife and I took our grandkids to Disney World and were staying here on our last night in town. When we checked in the fellow at the front desk was very friendly and the lobby looked ok. Seemed like a good place, then we went to our room. It smelled extremely strong of something like urine. I thought maybe it was some kind of disinfectant. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, like whoever vacuumed it did a quick pass down the middle and didn't bother to vacuum the whole floor. My wife pulled back the sheets and they looked clean but the pillow cases had some stains on them. As my grandaughter was sitting on the bed she complained that something smelled like pee. I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn Heritage Park! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what I needed after a long day. The breakfast was a great touch, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back! 💛

Staff was very nice and helpful however the carpets were very dirty and stained. Our room, room number 1113, smelled musty. Staff let us use some odoban disinfectant spray to try to help that was there at the front desk. Ended up getting some glade bathroom air fresheners and putting one right on the air vent and one near the tv stand which helped some. Desk lamp was broke and was switched out. The arm chair was stained and smelled. The front desk clerk switched out chair for one that did not smell as bad, however it was stained also. Liked that there was a washer and a dryer. Just would have been more convenient if there was one on both 1st and 2nd floor. It was hard having to take laundry up and down the stairs since there was no elevator. I want to start by thanking all the wonderful employees for my stay from Dec 6th–10th. From the very first day, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was even able to do an early check-in with no issues at all. My room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept great every night. I was in town for work training, and the hospitality truly made being away from home much easier. I’ll definitely choose this location again in the future. Highly recommend! 🙌✨

Upon arriving at the hotel on Saturday, February 21, 2026, the receptionist gave us our room. When we opened the door, we had to run out. The smell was awful; it smelled like cat urine everywhere, inside and outside the room. We complained at reception, and they showed us another room, which was filthy. There were stains on the carpet, the chair inside the room was dirty and faded, and the carpet in the hallway leading to the room was covered in dirt and stains. It was disgusting to be there, so we decided we didn't want to stay and that we would look for another hotel that was clean. They told us the room was non-refundable. We called Booking.com, and they told us that if the hotel didn't want to refund our money, then they couldn't. So, the hotel kept our money. They are thieves and scam
