Quality Inn & Suites Hardeeville - Savannah North

1. We arrived at 4:45 PM, were directed to our room. When we arrived at our room the staff was still cleaning it and told us to wait 10 more minutes. We went back to the front desk and got another room.|2. The room was beat up and not well maintained. A floor lamp was crookedly leaning and spots of the floor were heavily damaged.|3. The bathroom was dirty: the outside edge of the tub had not been cleaned in some time, there were dirt smudges on the wall, the baseboards were filthy. The bathtub water control handle spun round and round with no clear stop or water temperature guides. |4. The vanity sink sprayed water everywhere and there was only hot water, no cold.|5. Room was extremely nice. Rooms have been updated since I stayed there previously. Staff was very helpful and friendly, which is one reason why I stay here here instead of the neighboring property which I use to stay at on my trips. Definitely worth the money.

HORRIBLE!! Do NOT book. Stood in the room for an hour. There are yellow stains on the walls and mostly on the bathroom door!! I walked out after an hour because it felt so dirty. Receptionist was upset that I asked for a refund and asked if I had pictures of the yellow stains. I told him I would happily walk into the room with him to show him where they are and he refused and came up with excuses on why he can’t walk to the room. He refused my refund in which he stated I could come back to dispute my refund. Told him I am out of state and there’s no way I can just come back, he still refused. He had horrible attitude and was so RUDE!! Horrible customer service. Do not book at all. WORST EXPERIENCE. They are greedy and money hungry. Zero professionalism! Don't believe all those bad reviews. The motel is definitely in need of some work but my room was pretty clean and my bed was super comfortable. The sheets were super soft and I had slept great. Usually hotel ac bothers my allergies this place is one of the very few that didn't. I got really good sleep last night that's why I'm doing 4 stars instead of 3. The mini fridge worked great and was clean. The TV had decent channels. Room was very quiet. The guy at the front desk was pretty funny checking me in. The room was very aged and had a lot of wear and tear but what do you expect for this great price.

Overall pretty nice place. The bed was comfy. The room is clean. Plenty of towels and had soap, shampoo and conditioner, customer service was great, breakfast was good, could have had fresher milk for cereal but yeah I'd stay here again
