I enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn. I loved the fact that it was quiet and peaceful. I celebrated my birthday there on 02/11th. My favorite of all was the hot tub and the swimming pool. I stayed in the hot tub for almost an hour talk about relaxing. I had it all to myself until another couple joined me. I thought maybe the pool wouldn't be so cold since I had just got out of the Jacuzzi boy was I wrong. I still stayed in like a champ. The breakfast was okay. I loved the TX waffles, scrambled 🍳 and 🥓. I was hoping for some fruit as well as orange juice. The woman at the front desk wasn't to pleasant. She just told me about the gym and the keys she gave me didn't work. She had to give me new keys. None of the equipment in the gym worked wasn't a happy camper about that. Over all I enjoyed my s
The people working there were great but the room was not 100%. I'm not sure about the vacuming in the room. We found several things on the floor that would have been picked up. The room is getting dated And the breakfast was iffy. Given the rate charged, I would not consider this a great value. We have stayed at other hotels in Glen Rose that seemed better.
This hotel is run down, filthy and disgusting!! The pictures are not updated. The whole building is covered in mold! This is more of a motel not a hotel. No breakfast! Don't waste your money!!! Rude people, nasty old building, nasty rooms, nasty toilets!!!
We had a 1-night stay in Glen Rose, and redeemed points for a free room. As we entered the hotel, it was obvious the air conditioning was not working. It was hot and smelled of body odor. There was also a lawn mower parked in the lobby. No one was present, only a sign with a phone number to call. We called the number, no answer. Waited a few minutes and called again; still no answer. After waiting almost 10 minutes, a man appeared from a room across the hall. He seemed agitated, and didn’t even greet us. He initiated the check-in process, and we asked if we could have a room near the elevator. This is where it got really bad: he proceeded to state that we were s
I would not recommend this hotel. The owner was extremely rude and aggressive, and the interaction alone was enough to make the stay uncomfortable and we left. If you’re someone who checks reviews before booking, I’d suggest choosing a different hotel. We ended up at the La Quinta just down the road and had a wonderful experience.
