Quality Inn & Suites Germantown North

I came here as it was pet friendly and Hilton properties were sold out. It is a bit sketchy. Tub had some hair in it. Floor is a bit warped. It is okay for a couple nights. Room does have microwave and fridge. TV doesn't have the best quality picture but will do.

We had to look at 5 rooms on the first floor before finding 2 that didn't smell like armpit! The bed skirts in both rooms were filthy, covered in hair and dirt, floor boards torn up and exposed wires in one room. Bathtubs were questionably clean as well. I left a complaint with the front desk. It turns out the hotel had recent water damage which explains the stink and the floors, but no excuse for the filth! No one contacted me. I called today and the jerk hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. I reported this to corporate.

The hotel is badly in need of repairs. The owner obviously is not interested in keeping it in good shape. Smells unpleasant in lobby and hallways. Ice from ice machine had debris inside the ice. Only sheer curtains fully over the window so streetlight could not be blocked out. HVAC did not work correctly. Key card reader on side door does not work so door was open to anyone. Mold growing in room and bathroom.

Truly the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! If it was free it wouldn’t be worth it!! Bathroom was disgusting, no maid service, toilet ran all night. Our friends also stayed here and had no hot water in their room. When we tried to talk to the front desk, either there was no one there or the guy there was absolutely no help at all. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again.
