Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis/Germantown by IHG

Bed was comfy & room was clean. Duvet cover had a thin little blanket.. but was okay.. Room did not get to temp and make sure you have your own extra pillows because they sure aren't given any extra out! We stayed for 2 days and 1st morning of waking up was because one of housekeepers were trying to barge in our room! Thank goodness for extra door lock! She spoke no English so I guess she couldn't read the DO NOT DISTURB sign. Its sad to spend that much money and you can't even get a good night's rest without being bothered! Especially given the location of the hotel!!

Absolutely a very fantastic, clean place to stay. The area is very nice and safe. There’s a Chick-fil-a, a Waffle House, and a nice gas station so close that you could easily walk. The location is central to anywhere you might want to eat or shop. This was our second time staying here because after our first stay with them, we HAD to come back. We make multiple trips to Germantown for eye surgeries and doctor appointments and have stayed in several very high end hotels. This property was cleaner and the room was more spacious than ANY we have encountered here and the pricing was very reasonable especially compared to places we had stayed in the past Zander the room was twice the size. |The staff /owners are super kind, friendly, helpful & accommodating. I would recommend this place to everyone I know! The staff were unbelievable, so nice, sweet and great at their job. I was going through the worst day of my life, and the people at the desk made me feel so appreciated! It is the cleanest hotel I've EVER stayed at. Breakfast hit the spot and the hotel is located i a quest and safe area. Bottom line, I have stayed at a lot of hotels this one was the best one ever! Clean comforting and the staff were great.

The front desk staff was the highlight of our stay. The woman who checked us in and out was very kind, professional, and clearly hardworking. When we had an issue with hot water on Friday, the staff member we spoke with at the front counter was responsive, and the problem did get fixed that evening. That said, the stay itself was just okay. The beds were not very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was acceptable, but the biscuits were extremely hard—almost inedible. Overall, the customer service was great, but the room comfort and amenities fell short.

I had a great stay at this location in Germantown. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean and pretty quiet as it is slightly tucked out of the way from the main roads. The location was perfect with easy access to stores nearby. The beds are also comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area.
