Quality Inn & Suites Fayetteville I-95

Let me start of by saying that the lady at the front desk is a whole vibe. They should be lucky to have such a pleasant employee. Quality Inn has definitely seen better days especially when it was across the street before LaQuinta bought them out. I've previously stayed at this location and the only issue I had was the heat took forever to work. This most recent stay was the worse. First, the latch lock was missing so there was a security/safety concern. Secondly, the refrigerator (forgot to take a picture of the filthy fridge) didn't work so I had to constantly go to the front and get ice from the one ice machine that works all the way by the office. Luckily, the police was patrolling the parking lot and escorted me in the middle of the night. Now, let's get to the creepy crawlers. There

DO NOT STAY HERE. ROACHES/BED BUGS IN ROOMS. Mold, dirty liquid/food found in and on fridge, skid marks left in toilet, curtains falling down from wall, human hair and dirt found in both the bed and bathtub. General Manager is very rude and disrespectful when I asked for a refund. That was the second room (152) I was assigned after room 184 (I believe), when door wouldn't even open for my first room. GM told me I should have checked out immediately and done business with the 3 hotels along the road and blamed me for staying, even after explaining I wouldn't have the money for a second hotel after waiting 3-5 business days for a refund and had no choice but to stay there given I am physically disabled (on crutches with a disability parking permit), had two elderly pets (one of which is hair

My first experience here was not so great. But this second reservation was like WOW. The difference was way better. I loved my room. Shampoo and Conditioner provided in the shower. Coffee maker was a big help. The front guest service gentleman was really nice.

Super nice owners and staff here at this motel. Always attentive to anything needed. We also rent the conference/meeting room on the weekends. Always clean and functional and a good priced rental. They are very attentive to keeping the conference room and breakfast bar and entire lobby and bathrooms, spuc and span clean. A GREAT value, right off the interstate I95. Highly recommended for your stay!

Because they are so nice up there and very very good customer service and I would definitely recommend friends and family. This is my favorite place to go to get away for a night or 2 to clear my head. And I love their breakfast content especially their coffee it’s always on point 🙂 they will always get my business every time I go. Rooms are neat and clean and have no issue with the room 🙂 I make it easier for housekeeping so they don’t have to do much work but just take the trash out and do what they need to do in the room 🙂
