Quality Inn & Suites Colby

The young lady at the front desk was super nice and efficient as we checked in late at night. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet even with the proximity to the highway. Safe area. Our room had been updated with wood floors. Pet friendly with a reasonable fee per pet. They gave a treat bag for each dog too. 😃

The rooms did not cool down well. We turned down the AC to 60 degrees in an effort to cool down after turning to 67 didn't do much. The room consistently stayed at 73-74 degrees. It was very muggy. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom that I took pictures of. I have horrible allergies and the mold was not doing me any favors. Upon arriving, we noticed there were hairs on the shower walls.Yuck. The breakfast area was always clean and food was filled. The eggs were flavorless. Some toppings such as cheese or onion for the eggs would have been welcomed. The pumpkin spice waffle batter was so thick it took forever to dispense, but it was tasty once I got enough to make a waffle. The ladies working in the breakfast areas were very pleasant! Beds were comfortable, front desk personal friendly and efficient, rooms clean and spacious. Typical breakfast fare good and filling, good coffee

Our stay at Comfort Inn was slightly mixed. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. The building is older and starting to show its age. The TV did not work well, kept cutting out, and the bath tub would not drain. In fairness they are building a new building next door.

This stay was my third at this hotel in three years. It is right off the Interstate and easy in and out. The room and amenities were great, and the breakfast room offered a nice variety of items to start the morning.
