Motel 6 Colby, KS

A very nice, clean room with parking outside the door for easy loading/unloading. Usual M6 dog friendly room, no carpets. Decent dog walking in the area. We slept well.

Everything was good, pet friendly, the staff were friendly and helpful, it felt more like a home than a motel. The motel was clean quiet and beds were super comfortable.🥰 I have stayed here before and my recent visit was just as good. Motel 6 remains clean, quiet, and pet-friendly, with helpful staff 🫶🏼 and super comfortable beds. It really feels more like a home than a motel.🥹 What I appreciate most about this place is the consistency. Every time I stay here, I know I’ll get a comfortable room, a peaceful environment, and no surprises. It’s a reliable, stress-free place to stay, especially when traveling with pets. Definitely a spot I trust and would recommend.<3

Absolutely worst service I've ever received I just traveled 10 hrs with my 2 babies and this was the only place with available rooms(I know why now) and I got there 12 midnight and asked if I can early check in for Wednesday and leave Thursday and she said that was fine we get In our room tv don't work NASTY moldy smelly trash can they come to my room at 11 am Wednesday and say they are gonna charge my card for another night if I don't leave and I told them I was told we could do early check in for Wednesday and leave Thursday at check out and then this man that wasn't no where to be found when we checked in do he had no idea what his employer told us and I told him pull his footage and he would see she told us that we could do this man says to leave or he calling the cops while my childre

Positive: The heater in the room worked well! The night I stayed, the weather was cold, windy, and snowy. The nighttime temperature was below zero (-4 F). Thank heavens for the great heating system. Negative: The sink was nearly plugged, so I used the tub faucet to wash my hands. Also, the sink faucet had limited water output, however since I had to use the bath faucet, it did not matter. Also, the plug-in near the sink did not work.

Paid for my room ahead of time with booking.com. When I got to the hotel ,the clerk insisted I swipe my credit card again in their terminal. He said I wouldn’t get charged again. Sure enough, another charge for the same amount was alerted to me in my phone. I told him about it and he dismissed it saying it would go away the next day. Well next day came and I now was charged twice for the room. The clerk now tells me that I have to call booking.com to have them reimburse me. I was furious because it is next to impossible to get any assistance from them either. Guess I’ll have to dispute it with my cc card company. Room was pretty basic nothing to write home about. When I told the clerk that the tv didn’t work he tells me I have to jiggle the hdmi cable until it works…gee thanks 82$ x2 for a
