Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I’ve been considering shifting my loyalty to a different chain, But this little spot was clean & updated. For breakfast, eggs were tasty but sausage was extremely dried out & hard, and there was no fruit. Room smelled alright, everything was clean, and the pool was perfect. I hope to be back!

This place is the absolute worst from the start with incompetent staff, I asked to check in he informed me that I didn't have a reservation and asked for my ID, once I proved through email that I did indeed have one and requested an early check in he informed me it would be an extra $20 to check in, I told him that's fine with me to which the man just sat there staring at me, I still had to ask literally 5 more times (total of 7 times) and repeat "I understand I will pay more can I please check in" each time only to get a room that had loose screws in my bedsheets, dirty towels in my bathroom, holes in the tub and mirrors that you can't see through the film covering them. The worst part about my stay actually happen in the morning after our stay, the same front desk guy, made me THROW AWAY

I stayed here for three nights and the first night was good. Everything I expected until the next morning when the housekeepers came to clean my room, I had left to go to work. I came back to the room to find multiple clothing. Items of mine had been stolen. I Talked to the management and they were very rude and told me I needed to chalk it up as a loss they were expensive clothing items, such as Nike Adidas. They did nothing about it, and I do not recommend staying here with anything that is worth anything because the housekeeping our thieves.

The only reason I didn't give it a "1" is because the price was so low... But you get what you pay for. I arrives on Sunday, December 14th and it had snowed the night before, however the parking lot was never plowed or salted. It was an unnecessarily dangerous situation. The man at the front desk barely spoke and was helpful but not friendly. I went up to my room and getting out of the elevator, the carpet was filthy. It was if they hadn't vacuumed in days. During my 48 hours at this hotel, they never swept the floors. My room was okay, but we took the time to wipe down everything, I didn't eat breakfast because nothing appeared to be clean. I booked this hotel with the idea that my wife and I would stay overnight, after having run an errand in Cincinnati. We were looking for a comfy and nice hotel for the stay, the star rating (and the Quality Inn name) seemed to be perfect, and we'd gotten a good price. ||On the one hand, the desk staff were very nice, polite, and friendly. The hotel seems to be amid repairs, however, and the entire atmosphere was more "truck-stop-like" than we had expected. It seemed to be more of a motel-type establishment. The room was also very small and had a vaguely unpleasant smell. We decided to do something we never, ever do, and checked out after two hours and went to another hotel.
