Quality Inn & Suites Camarillo-Oxnard

My wife and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Camarillo-Oxnard on Valentine’s Day, and our experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We walked in feeling stressed after seeing the line at check-in, but the front desk associate — I believe her name was Shaniea — immediately turned things around. She was exceptionally efficient, thorough, and welcoming. Despite the busy atmosphere, she handled the check-in process quickly and seamlessly while maintaining a warm, genuine smile. She even took the time to engage with guests, sharing a bit about her own Valentine’s Day plans, which made the interaction feel personal and uplifting. I was very pleased with my stay here. This was convenient for the business I needed to attend to. The room was very comfortable. The bed was great and the room layout was very workable for two people. Although it was close to the freeway, the room was very quiet. The morning breakfast was quite good. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. This is not a high frills place, but I would definitely return and recommend it.

Needed a room for a couple family to travel for a funeral. This one was a decent price and the photos seemed nice. When family got back I heard the following: The negatives: The TV was fluttering and not receiving good reception. The key card failed a couple times. The outside looked dead and unkept. The pool was suspect so no one went in due to the dirt. The small room refrigerator wasn't working. The positives: The room itself was adequate, enough towels and appeared neat. The morning breakfast area was clean and they had a wide assortment for people to pick what they would like to eat. I booked online and asked a special request (a first floor room) due to one family member having trouble with stairs. This was granted and that was nice. Easy website navigation with great benefits on choice hotels rewards. Easy booking with detail.. Nice location away from city traffic but close enough to acees. Excellent stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Felt safe. Good breakfast. To the lady who put roaches, I doubt it. Next time put a pic of your accusations. I thought this place was very nice for the price!
