Overall condition and cleanliness is worst in area. I wish I could rate lower than 1. Buyer beware. Room was uncleaned and smelled of smoke. Smoke detector was covered by a bag when I checked in to my room. Bed was stained and I slept in clothes on top of covers. Floor was not vacuumed. Shower water temp is broken (scalding hot or freezing cold)and drain was clogged so you to stand in 12” of water. Hotel seemed almost unoccupied by day. At night hotel was loud and busy with the few guests staying there sounded like many.

Incompetent front desk and management. I booked a stay at $66. I received a notice at checkout that my stay was costing $110. I have since been trying to resolve the problem. I told the front desk that I had a AAA membership for a 10% discount. I also said I expected to be compensated for not having breakfast available and that was agreed to. I was told a manager would call me back, not true. I was told by Jen that I had a credit coming, not true. so a week later, nothing has changed I will notify my credit card co. that I'm not paying the bill. I received a letter that I wouldn't get choice points because the rate was too low?

Positive: Nothing Negative: The breakfast was non existent. It did not meet the standard of the chain. There was blood on the bedspread. Had to walk down to the front desk to get toilet paper since there was non on the mounted rool. This hotel should be delisted.

This place is gross. The room smelled like years of cigarettes smoke. I'm not sure anyone had really wiped anything down prior to my entry. One of the washcloths was dirty. There wasn't any toilet paper which was a first for me. I think there are people living upstairs that smoke and it seeps through the building. The unsecured side entrance smells like urine when you step in the door. Would not recommend.

The side door did not lock and there was no other security Security card did not work and had to be replaced. The carpet was wet. I advised management of the issue when discovered and was not offered a new room. Manager said the next morning the carpet had been recently cleaned and the room should not have been used. There was trash in the hallway and the doors to empty rooms were open. No complimentary breakfast due to a flood. I was given only a $20 credit for all the issues. Will never stay there again
