Quality Inn Show Low

Several items: room 120. Clock in room was an hour behind the current time and could not be reset to the correct time; had a wake up call for 0500 hours on 20 Nov - call never came through; no hot water in the shower or bathroom sink after running water for 10 minutes straight to get the water hot; heater extremely loud(sounded like a loose fan); went to breakfast as advertised at 0600 on the 21st of Nov; lobby door was locked with a sign on the door that stated to ring the doorbell(doorbell had been removed); no way to contact anyone inside; wanted to check out and couldn't get into the lobby; started to shake the door to hopefully get someone to answer, a young girl came out and unlocked the door to let us in; asked her about the breakfast as posted to begin at 0600 but no breakfast avai

Based on my room, this is a recently renovated budget hotel. The room was spartan, but clean. The bathroom and fixtures were new and nicer than expected for the class of hotel. Not the place for a week's vacation with your honey, but i'd definitely stay here again on a "passing through" basis.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2023. I always stay here because they have plenty of big truck parking. We had a pilot car with us and we parked it overnight. The next day they had it towed. It cost us $250 and the hotel manager would not even communicate. So far I’ve gotten no response from them and it was fortunate for us that we got there before 5 o’clock on Friday night otherwise we would not be able to get our car back until Monday. The front desk was absolutely no help. They said the only thing we could do was send an email. The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Our vehicle was parked out of the way in the big truck parking so would not be a problem for other guests. It was only there one night by 3 PM the next day they had it towed. It has now been two weeks. And I have

Great value. Clean, modern rooms. Quiet (almost no road noise) and I didn't see any riff-raff hanging around (which is often a concern with an affordable hotel). I would absolutely stay here again.

Well the Parking lot is a Disaster. Garbage cans Full and over Flowing! Place was Full on a week day. Room was Clean and Well maintained. Overall We would stay here again. Convenient for our needs.
