Woodside RV Resort

Great RV park. The sites are very tidy with a clean rock surface. We had lots of rain at the beginning of our stay and didn’t have to deal with mud. Also it’s very quiet. Everyone respected the quiet times. While it’s pretty much in town, there is enough forest between the entrance and the sites that you feel like you’re further out. Check in and out is an easy text message.

We spent the month of September at Woodside RV Park in 2024. We had chosen site 32 when we made reservations, to be close to our friends around the corner, and because of its orientation to the sun. Little did we know, it was probably the worst site in the park. With the slides out on our fifth-wheel, it left very little room for anything more than the picnic table. And the site was very lumpy and unlevel on the sides. Adding more gravel to cover the red mud/dirt and to level up the site should be considered. That being said, we actually truly enjoyed our time in the park and in the Show Low area. Lots to do. The forest at the back of the park was a favorite for walking with the dogs. We’ve stayed here twice now and really enjoy it. Easy to check in and communicate via text or call. We usually need one of the biggest spaces for our fifth wheel and they’ve been accommodating to that. We like being right in town to head either direction for activities like Greer, Sunrise Ski Resort, Willis Farms for Fall and all of the restaurants and shops in Pinetop/Lakeside and Show Low. Highly recommend the bagel box across the street and bear hallow antiques. The RV Park grounds are very clean and nicely landscaped. They also rent out fire pits if needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The RV park was well designed keeping most of the tree’s & beautiful rocks. Is maintained & rules are kept. Only suggestion would be to add an additional place on the opposite side of the park for trash bins.

This is a nice place and I have been a paying guest for over a month. I had a nice couple first weeks until the manger started a terror campaign, basically bulling me to leave. I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong. Then I start thinking... why if 8 people work here no one would let me know if I was doing something to bother another guest? Why would this team of people spend 48 hours discussing a light? This light I did put up at the trash can because I just ran into a bear the night before. They had a duty to protect the guests and light up the area. Maybe my light was wrong, I was new here. They spent 48 hours not doing anything about a light they could have turned off themselves? Then I remembered another interaction with this staff. They were blaming another guest and a big dog
