I started my journey as a sales agent for my broker who had a listing agreement with the development. I have lived on the mountain my entire life practically. I never drove back in the community. I was suprised when I first toured the area. Its tucked back off the main road and has a very peaceful feel to it. The residents were very warm and I have met alot friendly people. I love the concept so much my husband and I purchased a lot in there and developed it for an investment. We plan on purchasing another unit in the near future. Owning your property is a big deal to us. You get a woodsy feel, can use it year around, and land ownership in this community! Win win in my book. Great concept, beautiful location.

After purchasing a lot in the village we knew we would love the area. The other owners we met in the village were fantastic and very warming. We love spending time at WMVV. Once the build-out of our lot was completed to our liking, we could not be happier. We are happy we made the decision to purchase at WMVV. A big thank you to Dusty and Bridget.

Upscale park models and owners lots. Fun activities and water and sewage and garbage included. Great woods with golf Frisbee and walking trails. Go check it out. High Country is calling.

This is my family's 3rd or 4th time coming here in the past 3 years. We love coming up here even if it's for a long weekend just to relax and enjoy the cool weather.

Nice place to have a summer getaway. All the RVs and park models are nicely maintained. They have a nice clubhouse and centrally located mail boxes and garbage bins.
