Quality Inn Scottsboro US/72-Lake Guntersville Area

Positive: Professional staff. Affordable price. Make sure to ask for non-smoking room and check room before buying. Friendly front desk lady showing us couple of rooms first to choose from. Negative: Missing eggs at breakfast. Coffee and Waffles were great.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was close to the event I was attending. The room had comfy beds, a hot shower, and great heat/ac. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The front desk clerk...Carrie was wonderful. She did everything to make the room right but the water was coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom so we had to move rooms. The staff is wonderful you just need to get a maintenance man in there and fix some of the issues. We will be back though....

I was very patient with the staff after receiving 3 dirty rooms that were not yet serviced at check in. Then given a 4th room that was filled with smell of cigarettes and burn marks on the end table. I told the front desk I no longer felt safe or comfortable to stay here, I asked for a refund or credit to be able to find a new place. I was told the manager would be able to refund me in 24hrs, I now have received a message they will not honor a refund. Terrible experience and bad communication along with customer service. I don’t advise staying here, I would trust the staff or facility at this point.

It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s a 3 I smoked reefers in my room and they didn’t care Dog barked all night in one room beside me and a kid screaming in the room on the other side. Sorry I had to smoke to sleep. Thanks for not disturbing
