This house has 4 bed rooms with double beds in all rooms big living room with huge flat screen and full kitchen BBQ pit and huge car port room for two boats! Fantastic check it out for your next Gville trip!

I was impressed! Very nice house,nice boat house! I have a 21' skeeter bass boat and it was pretty easy to park my trailer after launching my boat. This property was perfect for my fishing family! Gas station and ramp literally right next to it. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is amazing. You ever need a place to stay at Guntersville Lake you gotta check with Dave and Edna. The houses the have here are like being at home. Very clean places and great people. Less than half a mile from the Waterfront bait and tackle and the boat ramp.

We were not the norm for this location. It is a fishing location but happened to be in the middle of several off road parks. We booked the large cabin for the week. It was 4 bedrooms and a nice common area. It was perfect for 4 couples. We all had a truck and trailer. There was plenty of room for parking. TV worked but we spent the evenings playing dominos. I forgot to take any pics of the actual place. The gas station a half mile away was an added bonus. Will stay here again...if we don't move out there soon. ;)

If you are going to Guntersville with a boat, this place is a must! Super clean, and really nice place. Covered parking for your boat with plenty of space to move around, power to plug in your batteries, lights to work on your gear at night, just couldn't ask for anything better! CANT WAIT TO COME BACK FOR THE CLASSIC, see you then Dave. It was great to meet you!
