Quality Inn Pooler - Savannah I-95

Great customer service. Everyone was very kind and happy. The rooms were clean and organized well and the beds were quite comfortable. There was a small but adequate breakfast. The building was next to Cracker Barrel and was convenient to the highway. Definitely a good value for the money.

I rented a room at the Quality Inn Hotel - I95 in Pooler Georgia on October 23. The room was not for me, but for a relative that had been evicted and needed some respite while looking for a place to live. During her stay in the room, she had a sick stomach and vomited in the bed as she was unable to make it to the bathroom in time. Without notice, I saw a $100.00 charge on my credit card. When I stopped by the hotel to ask why, they informed me of the reason and showed me a video of the soiled sheets. I argued with them that I did not see why they would charge me a fee as the damage to the sheets was not done on purpose nor with malice, but was an unfortunate and embarrassing incident. This was a good place to stop for the night while traveling. Clean, good beds, easy access to I 95. The front desk folks were friendly. The free breakfast was okay. It was adequate, but not a lot of choices. Parking is plentiful. The TV service was very complicated to use.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in a while. The rooms were nice. The beds and pillowswere comfortable. The shower had great pleasure and the hot was nice and hot. The customer service was wonderful and breakfast was yummy! If we plan another trip we will definitely stop again !

While this hotel isn't the best hotel a person could stay in, it does the job and you can't beat the price. The staff were very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. Also, the broken elevator allowed me to get my steps in! I would stay here again!
