Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland

Hotel was good in terms of the pool and hot tub. Room was clean but the shower’s water pressure is weak, plus the door lock is broken. The gym needs its machine fixed. The man I talked to during check in needs to smile more and a better attitude (except the lady in the morning when I checked out, bless her kind soul). However, good price for a night.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly but the parking lot was small and I couldn’t see my equipment from my room. The hotel description states vending machines which they do not have any, many other hotels offer coffee 24/7, that was not the case here. The beds were comfortable enough. The nightstand had sharp corners and my husband has thin skin so any time he just touched it with his arm it caused him to bleed. As interesting as the shower was the floor got a bit slippery when exiting and there was nothing to grab on to to steady ourselves. Lastly although the front door of the hotel was accessible 24 hours the door in the back, closest to my truck could not be accessed after i believe 7pm but was accessible with your key card other times. if i needed to get to my truck I had to

My name is Jessica Lee. I want to give a review for the excellent service i received while staying at the Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland hotel located at 2003 S Frontage Rd, Plant City, FL 33563. The staff are very kind, family oriented, welcoming and accommodating with wheelchair accessibility also pet friendly. There is also a hot coffee 24 hours of the day as well as hot breakfast at 6:00 a.m. The property is walking distance to several stores,restaurants and parks. The rooms are newly renovated, very modern and clean. Housekeeping staff is trustworthy and mindful of privacy. There are many amenities such as a place for sitting barbecuing at family time near the pool and hot tub. The location is safe and clean in and outside of the property. I tried this hotel because it came in about $30 cheaper then the others in the area and because it boasted amenities like a breakfast. This hotel across the board didnt meet any of my expectations. The staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating. The room didn't feel clean, especially in the bathroom, where I found dirt and hairs on the floor. The water pressure was terrible, the in room refrigerator didnt keep my food cold nor did the freezer section work, which caused me to lose money on food. The person setting up the breakfast was very stand-offish and just plain unfriendly. It was $100 per night and still felt like too much. The nicest part of this hotel was by far the lobby. I wouldn't return.

Never ever would I ever step foot in this hotel or dog house again. When I got to my room there was a stain on the bed sheet. The windows were dirty and inside the drawers it was dirty. The breakfast was the same thing and the people there are really sketchy including the front desk guy. The cleaners never clean the room. The pool was dirty and so was the hot tub. This hotel could be a lot better.
