Quality Inn Northlake

Great place to stay. We have been to other Quality Inns all over the US & they need a lot of TLC. This is the nicest and cleanest. Friendly staff. We come back and stay again next time we go down south.

We had a quick stop over in this place while driving to Texas from NC. The rooms were clean but the double beds were so small. We were 4 of us (2 Adults and 2 kids). The front desk and employees was so kind and helpful. The breakfast place was so neat and well presented. The contemporary breakfast was good for the cost. This is my own experience

The rooms are clean and fresh, have microwave and refrigerator that works. The outside is nice, just needs some clean up of leaves and paint job with some areas. Carpet in hallways need maintained a little better from consistent foot traffic. They accommodate you quickly if there is a problem. Maybe offer some meat and scramble eggs for breakfast if possible. If these things are addressed it will be a excellent place to stay. The staff is nice, respectful, and professional

Positive: The front desk the people was very nice and friendly... Negative: In our room there was a roll of socks balled up in the corner by the air condition. That's about it but other than that the room was clean...

I checked in. Put my things away. Got comfy, only to see a hole in the wall right next to the bed as if I was being watched. I took a pic and shared it with the GM who was working the front desk. He said they had taken really large pictures down and that's why the hole was low enough to see everything happening on the bed. Not safe. I checked out.
