Quality Inn New River Gorge

This was an amazing stay for myself and family. We had a breakdown and had to suddenly get a room. The staff was the most pleasant group of people. The on-site restaurant (Elliots Bar & Grill) was very delicious. They helped and accommodated us as much as we could have hoped and more.

We had a very pleasant stay. From check in to check out. friendly staff , clean rooms, great food and drinks from the onsite restaurant(Elliot’s ) Great nights sleep. Comfortable bed and bedding. And pleasantly surprised by the breakfast bar! And again, very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, clean rooms (ours had a deep bathtub for soaking), friendly staff. Great continental breakfast, very good restaurant on site (which prepared a plain chicken cutlets for our dog). We've stayed several times as we travel through the area. Consistently pleasant....we like the "older" style with access to rooms from the outside.

We stayed one night and will return first chance we get. The front desk called us before we arrived to ask if we had any requests. When we showed up the lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Even gave us a lower level room upon request. The room was one of the cleanest motel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. This hotel has just about everything but a gym. The bar and grill is very good, convenient and lively. Great location, close to many hiking trails and natural sites. We will probably be back next week!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The front desk employee was very sweet. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to the hiking trails and the New River Gorge Bridge. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the food selection looked amazing.
