New River Cabins

What a Beautiful WV Gem! Friendly, Easy, and has everything you need to enjoy a quaint cabin stay. We were there for 4 nights and had a nice relaxing stay. Cabin was clean, well stocked and made our stay that much better. Easy to reach staff, easy entry, and easy access to many local attractions. Who needs TV when you have Nature, and a Bear to enjoy! Yes, we saw a Bear lumbering slowly by the cabin. We saw him earlier in the day down the road walking away from us, so we set up our trail cam. Sure enough he came lumbering back through! From what we heard it is rare and we were very lucky to enjoy such a gift. Loved New River Cabins and we will Most Definitely Be Back!! Thank you for the Wonderful Memories Made!

Stayed 3 nights for bridge day. Super easy process, cabin had everything we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful over the phone when booking stay. Cabin was clean, view is nice. Excellent experience no complaints would recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights over July 4 weekend with 2 adult children and their spouses. We were in cabin 1. Small, but clean. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Neighbors were close, but this was never an issue. Upstairs had 6 twin beds and 2 more on main level. It was very hot upstairs when we arrived but cooled down by bedtime. Full size fridge, odd assortment of pots and pans, 2 burner built in hot plate. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Shower head was a little wild, but plenty of hot water. Close to awesome hiking and swimming. Highly recommend renting a boat at Summersville Lake. Absolutely gorgeous. We would return to these cabins.

My husband and I stayed here on short notice and Lory and son were so very helpful and kind. Absolutely beautiful property, fabulous cabin, affordable price. Could not recommend more highly. Cabin was immaculate. Plenty of clean towels, beds, etc. We had a lovely night here.

Great option for coming to the New River and Gauley area for outdoor activities. The cabins are located right in between both places. The cabin was clean and simple. Perfect for our weekend of rafting and mountain activities. The cabin includes a coffee maker, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove top burners, kitchen sink, and full bathroom. Outside is a picnic table, fire river and covered porch with a bench if it is raining. I will be coming back here. Note that The Freefolk Breweries pretty close and they have good individual pizzas. Or go into Fayetteville for Pies and Pints.
