Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals

This place was perfect for our stay. Parking was easy, and access to the property was very convenient. The location is excellent—an easy walk to food, drinks, and shops. The bedding and towels were high quality, and the space was very well appointed. We especially enjoyed having the French press in the mornings. The artwork throughout the place added a lot of character and really contributed to the overall great vibe. We had great food and service at Cathedral Cafe, Pies and Pints, and Secret Sandwich Society, and amazing drinks and atmosphere at Rosa’s Speakeasy. The location is also just a short drive from several incredible hikes. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Corten suite and it was great! The correspondence leading up to the stay was thorough and clear. We had no problem parking and getting inside. The suite was super clean and decorated with local art. You can tell a lot of passion went into this. We also enjoyed all the reading materials about the area provided. Would love to come back to see the actual Cryptid Festival, we just missed it!

Our stay at Lafayette Flats was great! Amy and Shawn were wonderful hosts. They sent us all the info we needed before check-in and followed up on us during the trip to make sure things were going well and if we needed anything. The flat itself was adorable, clean, and full of little nice touches. We really appreciated the Bridge Day pamphlets and the little welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. So thoughtful! They even had books about New River Gorge and Fayetteville- including their own book about Lafayette Flats- which added a fun local touch. Check-in and check-out were simple and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

I had an amazing stay at Lafayette Flats! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided — from extra towels to coffee. The location was perfect— close to everything. Communication with Shawn and Amy was easy and quick. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Fayetteville area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I stayed in the Corten flat and had a great experience there. The place was beautiful and nicely furnished with lots of well- placed art. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was a little firm to my liking, but otherwise comfy. We enjoyed some nice restaurants that were within walking distance. We especially liked the Secret Sandwich Society. And the main attraction for us was the National Park which was only 5 minutes driving distance away. We highly recommend Lafayette Flats!
