Quality Inn Needles

The Breakfast was good, the room was generally fine, but I was not happy with the DirecTV because it was having a lot of connection issues in Room 207. During the evening it was fine, but in the morning (x2) it would not show any channel. The Hotel staff attempted to fix it, but it remained broken until I returned in the evening. Having some TV time is part of the reason I stay in the Hotels of Needles, and the reason for that is too complicated for this survey.

Do not stay at this hotel! It took forty-five minutes to check-in because the person at the front desk did not have access to the room keys. No apology from anyone, including one of the “managers” when he showed up. The rooms were filthy. We had to put towels on the floor by our beds so we didn’t track dirt onto our sheets. Also, we counted twelve flies in our room in the first ten minutes. And the worse thing of all? Bedbugs. I had the bites to prove it.

I stay at this location often, once never had an issue. The property is clean, well maintained the staff goes way above and beyond. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The mattress in room 313 next to the bathroom must be where the very large go to rest. The bed is like sleeping in a bowl you have to crawl out of. Its an older property but the rooms appear to have been remodeled recently.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Front desk always has a person. Maids and maintenance are readily available. Breakfast is free, well stocked and the eggs are warm
