Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Needles

I will not stay at this location again and recommend that anyone considering a stay at this location opt to find somewhere else to stay! The room was disgusting! There were stains on the walls and furniture. The showerhead was covered in gunk and the tub basin was dirty. There were gouges in the walls and ceiling. The curtains and/or rods were held on by zip ties. The flooring was poorly installed and had gaps and was uneven and had dirt in between planks. The door did not fit the frame and therefore did not properly close. We checked in after-hours at the window (but could see into the lobby) and could see an open/half consumed bottle of chocolate milk sitting on the floor. Though the reservation was for 3 travelers, there was only 1 set of towels in the room and we were given only 1 room

Last minute decision to stop since I was getting too tired to drive. The room is simple, clean, with a comfortable bed. Just what I needed. The shower/tub combo is very dated, hard water residue, so hard to get clean looking. Everything else is good.

The lady working in the evening wasn't very happy with life, it was fairly obvious. Stay far away from this place, was in room 119 and bed bugs swarmed us after being there for 2 hours,, will never stay there again!!! could not believe it. They also charged $25 for my pet that was non refundable that they just kept, that is also the price for extra people not on the registration card they charge $25

The staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast is very good.

The location is superb. We arrived and booked in at reception and allocated a room. We went to the room to find that it had not been cleaned after the last customers. The bed sheets were all messed up etc. Really poor scenario. Walked back to the reception to be allocated a different room and a sort of apology offered. Better signage in the laundry would help customers work out the cost of the washers/ dryers
