Hampton Inn Needles

I stayed at this hotel in January, 2026. The bathrooms in the rooms have sliding barn doors instead of normal doors that close to give you some privacy. The barn doors do not close off the bathroom noise, light, or smell. I will not be using this hotel again, and will be sure to check the bathroom door design before booking another hotel room anywhere.|I do hope the owners pay attention to these comments and act accordingly. The Wall Street Journal also had an article on this subject in today's (Jan. 20, 2026) online paper.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Needles. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fitness center was impressive, with a large variety of equipment that made it easy to get in a real workout. The parking lot is well-lit, and we felt safe staying here. The location was convenient and ended up being the perfect overnight stop for our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Room was spacious and nice! Check in was also a breeze. They were very ADA accommodating when I asked. Breakfast is what’s expected and it’s super clean all throughout the hotel! Very highly recommend! Only gripe was another guest being super obnoxious between 1am and 5am.

The front desk staff was genuinely helpful. I arrived early and she was kind enough to let me check in, which I really appreciated. The room was very comfortable, the hotel is newer and well cared for, and the breakfast was great. There’s no pool yet, but they mentioned one is planned. I’d definitely stay here again.

Spacious room. Good referral to local food delivery. Alas, no breakfast-to-go-bag but the hot breakfast was good. Looking at the outdoor furnishings made me want to stay longer but we were on a schedule. One complaint. The USB ports failed. Our phones were not charged after being plugged in overnight.
