Quality Inn Near Pimlico Racetrack

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and each time I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is respectful, and the owner truly looks out for his guests. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like a person and not just a customer. This hotel has become a safe space for me, and I’m grateful for the consistency and support they offer every time I walk through the door.

I gave a score of 5 because while the location was convenient and the room was reasonably clean, my overall experience was disappointing. I arrived close to midnight after a long day of work and immediately got a bad vibe from the property. The check-in process itself was fine, but the first room had multiple issues: neither of the two remote controls worked with the TV, and the smoke detector was beeping due to a low battery — which is a safety concern. When I went back to the front desk for help, no staff member was present. After about 10 minutes, someone was dropped off to cover the desk. When we arrived at this hotel, Monica, the front desk person, was less than welcoming. We read online that there was $50 deposit when paying in cash. Yet we were told that we needed to pay the deposit even though we paid in advance using our points and credit card. The room we were given had the room number taped to the door. One of the beds looked as if it had been slept in. The room chair was badly stained. The floors were dirty, especially the corners. The toilet looked like it had been used and not cleaned properly. The hair dryer was coming off the wall (which) is a fire hazard. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom. And there were room furnishing in the hallway. Customer service at the 800 number found us a different place to stay for our visit that was much cleaner and

Rooms very clean & spacious with location easily accessible to interstate 83 making it a very short commute to Baltimore and Hunt Valley. A wide variety of dining options are also easily accessible. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Front desk Staff was very friendly and helpful The Room was clean and spacious a bit dark and needed more light The sheets were very soft and comfortable. The bed was a bit too hard. The Towels were very small and rough I was almost ready to go buy my own. But the location was quiet and peaceful
